What does this qualification cover?

The requirement for learners to complete 2 mandatory units ensures they gain an in depth introduction to performance skills, developing their technique through rehearsal and performance; focusing delivering the Gospel through singing using the performance skills developed.

What are the Course Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements, but learners are required to be literate and having a desire and ability to perform.

Who is the course suitable for?

This course is designed for leaners who are interested in working in the performance industry or are keen to use showcase and share their gift/talents.

How is the course assessed?

The course is internally assessed and externally quality assured

Each learner must create a portfolio of evidence generated from appropriate assessment tasks which demonstrates achievement of all the learning outcomes associated with each unit. The assessment tasks should allow the learner to respond to a real life situation that they may face when in employment.

Tutor must be satisfied that the work produced is the learner’s own and the learner must declare that the work is their own.
